MANILA, PHILIPPINES—Fourth-year advertising students, UniDOS, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, is set to highlight another banger event entitled, “Oh Shoot! Changing Your Shots with the Current Production Landscape” – with Ms. Gianne Bernabe the Head of Business of This Side up Manila, Mr. Mihk Vergara the Creative Director of This Side Up Manila and Mr. Ken Leviste the Managing Director of Arkos Multimedia Production as the esteemed speakers. It will be held on February 6, 2025, in PUP Bulwagang Balagtas. As part of the annual AdCongress help by the PUP, UniDOS joins this five-day forum through this event that will empower the next generation of industry leaders.
This seminar aims to understand the evolving preferences of target audiences in the modern advertising landscape from a production point of view. UniDOS also wants to explore emerging advertising techniques and develop messages that emphasize authenticity, showcase real consumer experience, and use natural and unhinged settings that align with current target audience preferences. Furthermore, the seminar also wants to delve into the growing demand for low-value production and learn to determine the kind of production that best fits and represents the brand’s ad goal. Lastly, the team aims to stay on track with the advertising production industry trends in continuously resonating with the target audience and achieving efficient results for the brand.
Oh Shoot! Changing Your Shots with the Current Production Landscape will begin by examining traditional ad production, highlighting high-budget setups, A-list celebrities, and polished brand storytelling. It will then shift to the current ad production landscape, where simple setups, micro and macro-influencers, and more authentic, unfiltered brand stories are in demand. The focus will then turn to modern audience preferences, exploring why low-scale ads are effective today and how they remain relevant.
The AdCongress will run from February 3-7, 2025, at Bulwagang Balagtas, 4/F NALLRC Building. PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila, and Oh Shoot! Changing your shots with the Current Production Landscape will be held specifically on February 6, 2025, in the same place.
